YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Elevated to locally critical fire weather conditions are possible for a brief period this afternoon mainly across Graham and Norton counties, but could expand westward to counties south of the Interstate and along/east of Highway 25.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Accumulating snow is possible generally west of Highway 27 from overnight Wednesday through Thursday. The best chance for accumulating snowfall will be areas along and west of Highway 59. Additionally, northerly winds gusting 25 to 35 mph are anticipated, and visibility may be reduced in heavy, wet snow.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
