YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect for counties along and west of a Hitchcock to Wichita county line. Dense fog will bring visibility down to a quarter mile or less, impacting area travel.  Showers and some embedded thunderstorms remain forecasted through the day mainly north of Interstate 70. The main hazards are brief instances of gusty winds and lightning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Patchy dense fog may return to the area again just after midnight Sunday.  Waves of rainfall continue Sunday. Precipitation and may start changing to or mixing with snow mainly along and west of Highway 59 in eastern Colorado around sunrise. Snow accumulations if any, will be less than one inch.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time. Any rain, fog or snow reports are appreciated!
