This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT... Showers and thunderstorms have moved into the area. While most of the precipitation will just be rain, a few thunderstorms are possible with lightning as the main hazard. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY... Waves of moderate to locally heavy rain are forecast Saturday along with the potential for lightning. Saturday night, precipitation may start changing to or mixing with snow in northeast Colorado and adjacent counties in Kansas and Nebraska.
