YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 11 AM MST / Noon CST Thursday for much of northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Visibilities will gradually improve as fog dissipates during the late morning and early afternoon hours on Thursday.  A low pressure system anticipated to develop in eastern New Mexico and the Texas Panhandle Thursday night will track eastward across Oklahoma Friday into Friday night, bringing a mix of rain and snow to the Tri-State area during the day on Friday. With this particular system, light precipitation will tend to fall as rain and heavy precipitation will tend to fall as wet snow. A considerable amount of uncertainty exists with regard to precipitation amounts across the region. Accumulating wet snow is possible.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
