This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT... A Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect for areas along/east of Highway 25 through midday. Visibility may lower to less than a mile. With some areas still at or below freezing, black ice may occur on roadways. Use caution if out traveling. Areas of dense freezing fog are possible tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY... Areas of dense freezing fog will continue into Thursday morning. While the fog will abate Thursday afternoon, it may redevelop once again Thursday night. There is a chance for rain and snow on Friday, with the best chances south of Interstate 70. There is uncertainty regarding the precipitation type, but a cold rain or wet snow are both possible. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed.
