 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  A Wind Chill Warning remains in effect for the entire Tri State area through Tuesday morning. Wind chills will be as low as 50 below zero overnight and into early Tuesday morning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Wind chills are expected to approach 15 below zero again beginning Thursday night through Saturday morning.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be required.
