YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for counties generally along and north of Interstate 70 from Christmas afternoon until early Wednesday.  Another round of snow moving in from the east is possible starting Christmas afternoon while wind gusts generally remain above 35 mph. This may allow blizzard conditions to form as early as Christmas afternoon and persist into early Wednesday. Any blizzard conditions along with additional snowfall will make travel hazardous, if not dangerous. Please continue to check forecasts and road conditions and be prepared to adjust travel plans.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
