 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Elevated fire weather conditions remain this afternoon mainly along and south of Interstate 70, as southwest winds gust around 30 mph. A corridor of near critical to locally critical fire weather conditions is occurring from Greeley county Kansas northeastward into Thomas county Kansas.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...  Fire weather concerns continue during the afternoon hours this weekend on into the next week.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected.
