 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Wind chill readings tonight fall into the single digits above and below zero. Be sure to dress appropriately for work or school Monday morning. The coldest temperatures and wind chills look to be confined to where snow cover still exists.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Wind chill readings Monday night through Tuesday are forecast to be in the single digits above zero.  Elevated fire weather conditions are anticipated Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon along west of the Colorado Kansas border outside of any lingering snow cover.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not anticipated.
