WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Isolated to scattered high based showers and thunderstorms are expected from mid afternoon to mid evening. the main threat from the storms will be strong gusty outflow winds as high as 60 mph. The best storm coverage will be over the mountains.  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday  Southerly winds increase across the Palmer Divide and plains producing wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph Sunday and Monday. Elevated fire weather conditions are possible Sunday with lower relative humidity values and gusty winds prevailing along the Urban Corridor. A wetter and cooler pattern is expected for Tuesday and Wednesday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today and tonight.
