YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Some patchy to locally dense fog is possible tonight for locations that received heavy rain in the evening hours. This fog will be limited in coverage and will lift shortly after sunrise.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are possible each afternoon Thursday through Sunday for locations generally along and west of Kansas Highway 27.  A few thunderstorms could form in the afternoon and evening hours Tuesday. The main hazards will be lightning and strong winds.  Blowing dust is possible Thursday afternoon along and east of the Colorado Kansas border and west of Kansas Highway 25. Should it develop, expect some reductions in visibility and poor air quality.
