YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  A Heat Advisory is in effect for Norton, Graham, Red Willow, Decatur, Sheridan and Gove counties Monday afternoon and evening with heat indices up to 106 degrees forecast.  Heat indices up to 102 degrees are forecast each afternoon Tuesday through Thursday, especially along and east of Highway 25.  For Monday through Wednesday, elevated to near critical fire weather conditions continue across the entire forecast area due to low relative humidity, south to southwest winds gusting up to 35 mph and slowly drying fuels. Caution should be used if burning outdoors.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
