YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Scattered showers and thunderstorms will move through areas east of Highway 83 through about midnight CDT.  Patchy fog is possible across portions of Cheyenne county in Colorado around sunrise Sunday morning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  A cold front is forecasted to move through the area on Sunday. With the frontal passage, stronger winds from the north with gusts up to 50 mph and some patchy blowing dust is possible. Severe storms would be possible if the front moves through the area during the afternoon hours instead of the morning hours. Large hail and damaging wind gusts would be the main threats if the severe weather did occur.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
