This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT... There is a marginal risk for severe weather this evening for the entire Tri-State Area. A few severe thunderstorms are possible which may yield large hail up to 1 inch, strong wind gusts up to 60 mph. Storms are expected to move west to east across the area. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY... A few showers and storms are possible through the day tomorrow. Severe storms may be possible though the highest chance would be during the late afternoon and evening hours. Large hail and damaging winds are forecasted to be the primary hazards. Severe thunderstorms with the potential for excessive rainfall are forecasted on Thursday. Another round of severe thunderstorms is also possible on Friday evening.
