WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop this afternoon. Brief gusty winds up to 40 mph will accompany some of the storms. The storms will diminish this evening, though isolated light showers may persist overnight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday  Gradual cooling is expected Wednesday through Friday with a return of showers and thunderstorms over much of the forecast area, especially on Thursday. Some of those storms may be strong with locally heavy rainfall. Sunday and Monday, temperatures will climb back in the 90s, with isolated to scattered each afternoon and evening.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
