YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  A few strong storms capable of producing pea to dime size hail, wind gusts up to 50 mph, and locally heavy rainfall are possible through the remainder of the evening.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  A Flash Flood Watch is in effect Thursday and Thursday night for the majority of the Tri-State area.  Severe thunderstorms capable of producing large hail, damaging winds and an isolated tornado are possible on Thursday, mainly during the afternoon and evening hours.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotters are encouraged to report any severe or significant weather to the National Weather Service in Goodland via social media or telephone.
