WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Scattered showers and storms will form this afternoon and evening mainly in and around a line from Monument Hill to Akron to Holyoke. These storms may create some outflow winds up to 40 mph and small hail. Otherwise, it will be a pleasant weather day with no flash flooding or fire weather concerns.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible for parts of the northern foothills and eastern plains Tuesday afternoon. These storms will likely produce small hail and gusty winds. Elevated fire weather conditions are possible for Park county and the Palmer Divide Tuesday afternoon as southwesterly winds produce wind gusts up to 20-25 mph periodically with relative humidity under 20 percent.  Wednesday through Friday, the next system arrives which keep our region in a slightly cooler and wet pattern. Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are possible Wednesday afternoon through early Friday morning.
