 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Patchy to locally dense fog is possible within the Tri-State Area this morning. Please use caution if traveling this morning as visibility can be reduced down to one mile or less due to fog.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  There is a potential for strong north-northwesterly winds gusting up to around 50 mph on Friday morning and afternoon behind a cold front passage for areas along and west of the Colorado border.
