A Red Flag Warning is in effect for the entire Tri-State area for this afternoon and evening for the combination of low humidity, breezy south winds and dry fuels.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  A Fire Weather Watch is in effect for the entire Tri-State area on Thursday April 13, for the afternoon and early evening hours.  An isolated strong to severe thunderstorm will be possible Thursday afternoon and early evening capable of producing wind gusts of 60 mph or greater.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
