A Dense Fog Advisory for freezing fog remains in effect for all areas along and east of Kansas Highway 25, and north of Highway 40. Locally hazardous travel conditions will persist this morning, as lingering snow and slush on area roads turns to ice in combination with the lowered visibility with the freezing fog. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY... A Fire Weather Watch is in effect for Thursday afternoon and early evening for Cheyenne county in Colorado, as well as Wallace, Wichita, Greeley and Logan counties in Kansas. Dangerous fire weather conditions are possible with strong southwesterly winds gusting to 35 to 45 mph, and humidity in the lower teens. Outdoor burning is not advised. Blowing dust could also be problematic for many locales south of the Interstate on Thursday afternoon.
