 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Patchy blowing dust will produce reduced visibilities and poor air quality through early this evening in Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties of northeast Colorado.  Patchy fog will develop overnight along and south of Interstate 70 in northwest Kansas and northeast Colorado. The fog could be dense at times.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Patchy fog will linger into Thursday morning along and south of Interstate 70.
