YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  Strong northerly winds gusting up to 55 mph are expected Wednesday night, continuing through the day Thursday. There will be a chance for light snow Thursday with accumulations currently projected to be under one inch. The combination of the strong winds and any snowfall could produce some localized reductions in visibility due to blowing snow. Locally hazardous travel conditions are possible.  Wind chill readings will fall into the single digits during the early morning hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
