This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Snow will increase across the northern mountains today, becoming heavy at times tonight. In addition, strong westerly winds up to 50 mph will create poor visibility and blowing snow over the mountain passes. Expect winter driving conditions with icy and snowpacked roads by tonight. Across lower elevations, low clouds and patchy dense fog early this morning, mainly over the Interstate 25 corridor. Otherwise seasonably mild temperatures and dry today for lower elevations. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Periods of snow will continue in the mountains through the weekend and into early next week. The snow may be heavy at times on Saturday. A cold front will move through early Saturday with a chance of rain showers in the afternoon, mixing with or changing over to snow Saturday night, especially near the foothills and Palmer Divide. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
