YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  The greatest impact from the patchy freezing drizzle and fog will continue overnight for those generally east of a line from McCook to Tribune. Roadways and walkways may become or will remain slick in spots.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  Wednesday morning roadways and walkways may become or will remain slick in spots until temperatures warm above freezing.  Northwesterly winds gusting up to around 45 mph are in the forecast for areas along and west of the Colorado border from late morning through the afternoon Thursday.  Southerly winds gusting 35 to 45 mph are forecast during the day Friday along and west of Kansas Highway 27.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
