YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Light snow is possible overnight for some areas. Accumulation will be less than an inch.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Winds gusts up to 40 to 50 mph are possible overnight Saturday.  A Fire Weather Watch is in effect for portions of the region for near critical to critical fire weather conditions by late Sunday morning into the afternoon. Locations include Cheyenne county in Colorado, as well as Sherman, Wallace, Logan, Greeley and Wichita counties in Kansas.  Patchy blowing dust is also possible Sunday afternoon that may impact travel, mainly for areas along and south of interstate 70 and along and west of Highway 27.
