A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for much of northwest Kansas and portions of northeast Colorado starting after midnight tonight into Thursday. There is the potential for accumulating snow as well as blowing snow that will impact area travel. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY... A Winter Storm Watch remains in effect through Thursday night with the potential for snow and blowing snow to impact area travel. Total snowfall in the watch area is currently forecasted at 3 to 6 inches. Elsewhere, 1 to 2 inches is possible. Residents and travelers are encouraged to stay tuned for updates. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
