WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Dangerous Wind Chills of -25 to -35 degrees below zero will be over the plains through mid morning with values of -20 degrees below zero around the Denver area.  In the mountains areas of light snow will redevelop this afternoon and continue tonight with some blowing snow over the higher passes. There will also be a chance of light snow this evening across portions of the I-25 Corridor and adjacent plains.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday  Friday morning, hazardous wind chill down to -15 to -20 F is possible on our far northeast plains. Conditions are marginal for an advisory, and we will wait until the current warning ends to make a decision on another.  There will occasionally be minor travel impacts in the mountains due to snowfall and wind, and blowing snow, most likely Sunday and Tuesday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
