This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...TONIGHT... An Arctic cold front will move through the area after midnight with northeast winds gusting up to 35 mph. There is a possibility of some fog and reduced visibilities as the front moves through. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY... Precipitation, predominately in the form of snow, will develop over much of the Tri-State area Wednesday and Wednesday night. Precipitation will likely be intermittent in nature. Snow accumulations ranging from a dusting to three inches are possible, mainly north of a line from Flagler to Trenton. A period of sleet or ice pellets will also be possible. Locally hazardous travel conditions due to snow and blowing snow are possible. Residents and travelers are encouraged to stay tuned for later updates. Wind chill readings ranging from 15 to 30 below zero are anticipated across the entire Tri-State area Wednesday night through Thursday morning. As a result, A Wind Chill Warning is in effect for Cheyenne and Yuma counties in Colorado as well as Dundy county in Nebraska. Elsewhere, a Wind Chill Advisory is in effect. Wind chill readings ranging from 10 to 15 below zero are forecast across the entire Tri-State area Thursday night through Friday morning. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
