YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  A low pressure system will move across the area this afternoon and evening. Precipitation may begin as a brief period of rain... before transitioning to snow. The majority of precipitation will occur between noon and midnight. Snow accumulations are anticipated to range anywhere from a dusting to one or two inches, greatest along and north of Interstate 70 in eastern Colorado.  North to northeast winds will strengthen this afternoon, increasing to 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. Reduced visibilities associated with snow and blowing snow can be expected, especially along and north of Interstate 70 in Colorado... where hazardous travel conditions are likely.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...
