 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY...  This evening and through the overnight hours, a Wind Chill Advisory is in effect as wind chills drop to as low as 20 degrees below zero.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...  The 20 degree below zero wind chills and Wind Chill Advisory will remain through Saturday mid-morning.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be required.
