WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Areas of light snow in the mountains today with patchy blowing snow.  Windy across the plains, with gusts from 40 to 50 mph. Patchy blowing snow may occur as well in open areas.  Light snow will end in the mountains by early evening with winds quickly decreasing over the plains.   .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday  Dry conditions are expected across the forecast area through Monday. Moisture returns to the area on Tuesday. There will be a chance of alpine snow showers Tuesday through the rest of the week. There may be enough moisture for a chance of snow over the plains Wednesday and Wednesday evening.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
