YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Near-critical to critical fire weather conditions are likely Saturday afternoon.  A Fire Weather Watch remains in effect for the entire area on Sunday. There is increasing confidence for a high impact weather day on Sunday with southwesterly winds gusting up to 55 mph, resulting in critical to extremely critical fire weather conditions and blowing dust concerns. Blowing dust is likely late Sunday morning through sunset. Reductions in visibility and air quality are expected. A wind shift to the northwest is expected with cold front passage Sunday evening into Sunday night.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected tonight.
