WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Warm, dry, and gusty north winds to 35 mph will result in critical fire weather conditions across the northeast Colorado plains. This could lead to rapid fire spread for ready to burn fuels. Avoid any burning or outdoor activities that may produce a spark and start a wildfire.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday  Dry and warm weather will continue through Saturday. The continued dry weather, in combination with gusty winds, will lead to near critical fire weather conditions during the afternoon hours.  A pattern change is coming this weekend, which will bring accumulating snow to portions of the high country from late Saturday night through early Monday along with colder temperatures. Across the plains, cooler Sunday through Tuesday with a chance of showers.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
