YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY...  A Freeze Warning is in effect for the entire Tri-State Area after midnight MDT (1 AM CDT).  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  A Freeze Warning remains in effect until 9 AM MDT (10 AM CDT) Monday morning for the entire Tri-State Area. Early morning temperatures are expected to be in the low 20s and 30s.  Sub freezing temperatures in the middle 20s to around 30 are likely early Tuesday morning across the entire Tri-State area.  Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are expected along and west of Kansas Highway 27 Wednesday afternoon.  Elevated fire weather potential continues Thursday through Friday across the majority of the area.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
