YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  A Red Flag Warning has been issued for counties mainly along and north of I-70. Dry conditions and gusty winds out of the west to 30 mph will lead to critical fire weather conditions. A front is also forecasted to move through during the late afternoon/early evening and increase gusts to 35 mph and rapidly change winds to out of the north. The entire area should use caution with fires and sparks as fires could quickly become dangerous.  Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are possible on Wednesday and Thursday.   .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected, however please report any fires to local dispatch.
