This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Patchy fog can be expected early this morning in the high mountain valleys and plains north and east of Denver. Visibility in a few spots may be reduced to a quarter mile, so drivers should use caution if encountering fog, and slow down and turn on low beam headlights before entering any fog banks. For this afternoon and evening, a few showers and an isolated weak storm or two will be possible in and near the mountains. They will first develop in the mountains, and then attempt to spread onto the adjacent I-25 Corridor and Palmer Divide late this afternoon and evening. Any precipitation will be light. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Widely scattered showers and a few thunderstorms are in the forecast for the mountains through Thursday. Moisture may increase for Friday and the weekend, with scattered late day showers and thunderstorms expected over the mountains and isolated storms over the plains. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
