 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Elevated fire weather conditions are expected along and north of a line extending from Flagler to St. Francis to Benkelman Monday afternoon. Be mindful of creating sparks if outdoors for the Labor Day holiday.  There is low confidence in Near Critical to Critical fire weather conditions occurring on Friday across extreme southwest Nebraska and along and west of Kansas Highway 27.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
