YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are possible this afternoon, mainly along and west of the Colorado border.  Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening as a cold front moves across the High Plains. Main hazards include damaging wind gusts up to 70 mph with blowing dust as well as hail up to quarter sized. Brief landspouts may also be possible along the cold front for areas along and north of the interstate.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...
