There is a chance for spotty elevated fire weather conditions over portions of the plains in the afternoon. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Above normal temperatures and mostly dry weather will prevail Friday through the middle of next week. Elevated fire weather conditions will be possible with occasional breezy winds and a continuation of unseasonably warm and dry weather. There is a chance for near-critical conditions over the plains Friday afternoon with breezy winds behind the frontal passage combined with low relative humidity.
