This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Scattered thunderstorms will be possible mainly south of Interstate 70 this afternoon and evening, with isolated storms along the northern border. No impacts are expected in the burn areas. The stronger storms today will occur over southern portions of Elbert and Lincoln counties, where locally heavy rain and gusty outflow winds 50 to 60 mph will be possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday A fairly moist period is expected with normal or slightly cooler than normal temperatures through next weekend. There will be a good chance of late day showers and thunderstorms each day. Hopefully, some areas will receive beneficial rainfall.
