This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight There will be a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms, mainly south of Interstate 70 this afternoon and evening. Brief gusty winds to 40 mph and light rainfall will be possible with the storms. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday On Thursday, showers and thunderstorms will develop over the higher terrain while it will be hot and mostly dry across the northeast plains. There will be a better chance of thunderstorms over the entire area on Friday. A cold front will move into region on Friday night, with a cool, wet and more unsettled pattern Saturday into early next week.
