A few showers and thunderstorms are possible this afternoon over the high country. A storm system will bring widespread precipitation to the area late this evening through the overnight hours. Snow will fall above 8500 feet where several inches of snow will be possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday The showers will decrease from west to east during the day on Wednesday. Temperatures will be cooler. A warming trend will begin Thursday and continue into next weekend.
