YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A Red Flag Warning is in effect this afternoon and into the evening hours for Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties in Colorado along with Greeley county in Kansas. Outdoor burning is strongly discouraged this afternoon, avoid any activities that may produce sparks.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  On Monday, a Fire Weather Watch is in effect for counties along and south of a Yuma to Gove county line.  On Tuesday, elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are possible across portions of the area, mainly south and west of Goodland.  Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are again possible Wednesday across eastern Colorado. A few record highs may be in jeopardy as well.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
