YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...  Areas of fog are possible early Friday morning for locations mainly north of Interstate 70. Fog should dissipate by mid-morning. Be prepared for sudden reductions in visibility while driving.  A Red Flag Warning has been issued for Cheyenne County Colorado and Greeley and Wichita counties in Kansas for Friday afternoon and evening. Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible along with relative humidity values as low as 12 percent.  Scattered thunderstorms will develop across the area on Friday. Strong to severe storms capable of producing large hail and damaging winds will move across northwest Kansas and southwest Nebraska during the afternoon and into north central Kansas and south central Nebraska during the evening.  A High Wind Watch continues for Friday evening through Saturday afternoon for the entire area. Wind gusts up to 55 mph are possible.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation is not expected tonight.
