 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...  A Red Flag Warning is in effect for the entire Tri-State area Tuesday. All outdoor burning should be avoided.  Near critical fire weather conditions are possible Friday south of a line from Kit Carson to Tribune and Leoti. Strong to potentially severe thunderstorms are possible Friday afternoon and evening. Blowing dust is possible across much of the area Friday afternoon.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
