WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Roads across the I-70 Mountain Corridor and the southern Foothills will be icy due to snow that fell overnight. Road conditions should improve by mid morning. Otherwise lingering light snow will end by sunrise over the higher terrain with a slight chance of showers redeveloping in the afternoon. Across the plains it will be dry.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  There will be a chance of showers late day Wednesday over the mountains. There will be a chance of showers late in the day Friday with the next weather system.  Fire danger will increase Tuesday through Thursday, especially for the southern plains over the forecast area.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
