YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will be possible around the Flagler area very late this afternoon with chances increasing a bit from near Yuma to Oakley and points south tonight. Around sunrise, there will be a slight chance for thunderstorms generally along and north of Interstate 70. At this time, severe weather is not expected.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  For Monday afternoon and evening there will be a chance for severe thunderstorms across the area, primarily along and west of Kansas Highway 25. Hazards include large hail, damaging winds and locally heavy rainfall. There is a threat for tornadoes along and west of Kansas Highway 25 and along and north of Interstate 70.  Strong to severe storms are possible for the late afternoon and evening hours across the entire Tri State region from Tuesday through the rest of the week.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
