This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Snow showers will continue across the high country today, especially over the Front Range mountains and foothills. Additional snowfall amounts up to a couple of inches will be possible. Snow will taper off across the I-25 corridor this morning, though isolated snow showers will remain possible through the day. Snow should taper off late this evening with chilly temperatures through tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday Sunday and Monday should be mostly quiet, except lingering showers in the mountains. Another stronger storm system arrives on Tuesday and will track across the region through Wednesday. This storm has increasing potential to bring impactful snow accumulations to the higher elevations and widespread rain and possibly snow across portions of the plains. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight. However, any snowfall reports will be greatly appreciated.
